Life Skills & Emotional Wellbeing for Young Adults (Ages 16–24)
Life After School is a small group program for young people aged 16–24 who are navigating the shift from school into adulthood and all the changes that come with it.
This stage of life can feel exciting, confusing, and overwhelming all at once. Life After School offers a supportive, down-to-earth space to develop practical life skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and build confidence for everyday life.
The program focuses on genuinely useful skills — managing stress and overwhelm, understanding emotions, setting healthy boundaries, building self-confidence, and navigating relationships, study, work, and life transitions.
Life After School is not therapy or a traditional support group. It is a practical, skills-based wellbeing program designed to feel approachable, relevant, and respectful of where each person is at.
Program Details:
• Ages 16–24
• Small group format
• Practical life skills and emotional well-being focus
• Calm, supportive, non-clinical environment
• Groups may be formed with consideration to age and stage of life
• Expressions of interest welcome
