🌿 Welcome to Holistic Care Counselling & Advocacy
Holistic Care Counselling & Advocacy (HCCA) is focused on education, advocacy, prevention and inclusion, helping individuals, families and communities build knowledge, recognise harmful behaviours and feel more confident navigating complex situations.
Our work includes education and awareness around domestic, family and sexual violence, coercive control, healthy relationships and consent, alongside disability advocacy, youth development and community education.
Through initiatives including Decoding Us™ and Rise Youth, we create practical, accessible learning opportunities designed to encourage understanding, strengthen confidence and support positive change.
Counselling and individual support are also available where appropriate, using a compassionate, trauma-informed and person-centred approach.
At the heart of HCCA is a simple belief: knowledge can empower people, prevention matters, and everyone deserves to be heard, respected and included.

At Holistic Care Counselling & Advocacy, we believe everyone deserves to be heard, respected and supported to understand their rights and choices.
Our advocacy is trauma-informed, person-centred and focused on empowerment. We provide individual or family advocacy in areas such as disability, community services and navigating complex systems, depending on individual circumstances and capacity.
Rather than speaking for you, our approach is to work alongside you — helping you understand your options, communicate your needs and make informed decisions.
Advocacy support is available on a case-by-case basis.

🌿 Family and Carer Impact Statements – Amplifying Your Voice
Family and carers often provide essential insight into a person’s day-to-day support needs and the impact of their caring role.
HCCA can assist families and carers to prepare clear, personalised impact statements that communicate their lived experience, the support they provide and the challenges they may face.
Our approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and focused on ensuring your own experiences and voice are accurately reflected.
Impact statement support may be suitable for NDIS planning and review processes or other support settings.

⚖️ Court Support Services
Attending court can feel overwhelming, particularly when navigating sensitive or distressing circumstances.
HCCA may provide trauma-informed court support to help individuals feel supported and prepared during the process. Depending on individual circumstances, this may include emotional support, assistance in understanding available information, and a supportive presence at court.
Our role is to support you — not to provide legal advice or representation.
